Return Policy

We appreciate your understanding that each bottle at Bluefields Decor is a unique, handcrafted piece of art. As a result, we currently have a policy of "All Sales are final." Our dedicated team puts immense effort and care into creating these one-of-a-kind treasures, making it challenging for us to accommodate returns.

Processing Time

To ensure a seamless experience with our upcycled decorative bottles, we prioritize a dedicated processing time for each order. Here's what you need to know about our processing time: Each upcycled decorative bottle is meticulously handcrafted with love and creativity. Due to the unique nature of our products, we require a processing time of 3-5 business days to carefully prepare your order. Please note that our processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates

  • San Antonio Area Local Delivery: If you reside in the 78251 area, we offer a convenient "San Antonio Area Local Delivery" option. This allows us to bring your order directly to you, ensuring a seamless and timely delivery experience.

Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Damages

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your Bluefields Decor products, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during the shipping process. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, we recommend following these steps: 1) Contact the shipment carrier directly to initiate a claim for the damaged items, and 2) Preserve all packaging materials and the damaged products themselves as they may be required for the claim process.
